School management software that runs the whole school
Students, staff, attendance, examinations and fees — plus an LMS, chat and live video classes — in one platform, for a single school or a franchise running dozens of campuses. Teachers, parents and students get mobile apps on the same accounts.
Each area works on its own and shares the same records, so a student enrolled once appears correctly in attendance, results and the fee ledger without anyone re-entering them.
Students & enrolment
Admissions, student records, guardians, class and section assignment, and enrolment across the academic year.
Staff & HR
Teacher and staff records, roles and permissions, class-teacher assignment, subject allocation and payroll inputs.
Academics & timetable
Academic years, class levels, subjects, sections, the class–subject map and a period-based bell schedule.
Academic groups & subjects
Streams such as Science and Arts, subject combinations per class, per-student subjects and teaching groups that cut across sections.
Attendance
Daily and period attendance driven by the timetable, with the summaries and roll-ups schools report on.
Examinations & results
Exam planning, sessions, marks entry, configurable grading schemes, results, result sheets and report cards.
Promotion & re-enrollment
Pass/fail review per subject, then Re-enroll or Promote, including promotion with supply subjects carried into the next session.
Fees & finance
Fee categories and structures per class level, invoicing, vouchers, collection, outstanding dues and financial reporting.
LMS & learning
A workspace for every class: course plans, lectures, homework, notes and projects, and an easy way to make up a missed lecture online.
Announcements & notices
School announcements, events with RSVP, notifications by email and SMS, complaints and certificate requests.
Chat & messaging
Direct messages and class groups that build themselves from your school records, with admin-approved teacher groups, attachments and search.
Video classes & meetings
Start or schedule a video class or meeting in the browser, with a shared whiteboard, chat beside the video, automatic attendance and parent-teacher meetings.
Teach, talk and meet — without leaving the school system
Most schools stitch together a video tool, a chat app and a learning platform, then re-type every class list into each one. Nuxused has all three built in and driven by the same student, class and parent records, so the right people are in the right class, group and meeting from the first day.

LMS
A classroom workspace for every section
Teachers plan the course once and run it lecture by lecture. Students and families always see what was taught, what was set and what is due.
A course plan per subject, with every lecture on the calendar
Homework, notes and study materials shared with the right class only
Projects with progress that carries into the report card
Missed a lecture? Record why and schedule an online make-up in a few clicks

Chat
Messaging that already knows your school
Class groups, subject groups and parent groups are created from the records you already keep, so nobody builds contact lists by hand.
Direct messages and groups, with attachments and search
Class and subject groups built automatically from enrolment
Teachers can ask for a new group and an administrator approves it in one click
Families see only the groups meant for them; administrators can moderate
Staff · Teachers · Students · Parents
Video meetings
Live classes and meetings, right in the browser
Nothing to install. Start a class now or schedule it for later; everyone invited is reminded and joins from a link.
Video, audio and screen sharing, with a shared whiteboard and the chat beside the video
Attendance is recorded from who actually joined, including late arrivals
Parent-teacher meetings with bookable slots, plus requests and approvals
Only invited members can join, and meetings keep a history of changes

One flow, three tools
A missed lecture, made up in four steps
This is what it looks like when the LMS, chat and meetings work as one system.
01
Mark the lecture missed
The teacher records it with a reason, so the school has a clear record of why.
→
02
Pick a live class and a time
A video meeting is created for the same class, or the teacher attaches a lesson video instead.
→
03
Everyone is told
Students and families are notified automatically, and again if the time moves or the make-up is cancelled.
→
04
Counted only when it really happens
The lecture is marked recovered once the teacher and students have actually been in the room for the required time (set by your school).
Three apps, one system. They sign in with the same accounts as the web dashboard and write to the same records — a teacher marks attendance on the phone, an administrator approves marks, and it is all on the dashboard immediately.
Nuxused Teacher
For teachers and class teachers
Mark attendance, set homework, enter marks and message parents — from the classroom.
Administrators, teachers, families and franchise owners each get their own surface, with permissions that decide what is visible rather than an interface that merely hides it.
School administrators
Set the school up once — academic year, classes, subjects, sections, staff — then run admissions, fees, exams and reporting from a single dashboard.
Nuxused is multi-tenant from the ground up rather than as an add-on. A franchise runs many schools under one umbrella — each with its own students, staff, fees and settings — while the group keeps a consolidated view across all of them.
Hard tenant isolation
A user in one school cannot read another school’s data. Enforced in the API on every request, not in the interface.
Per-school plans and limits
Campuses, education groups and per-school limits are part of the data model, so a group can grow without a migration.
Consolidated reporting
Roll up enrolment, attendance, results and collections across every campus, or drill into one.
Referral and marketing links
Give each franchise a trackable signup link, so you know which campaign brought which school.
Registering does not drop you into an empty database. The guided setup walks through the academic year, class levels, subjects, sections and staff, so the school is usable the same day.
01
Register your school
One form. No plan to choose and no card — every new school starts on a free trial.
→
02
Guided setup
You are taken straight into setup: academic year, class levels, subjects, sections and staff, so the school opens usable rather than empty.
→
03
Invite your people
Provision logins for staff, students and guardians. Roles decide what each of them can see.
→
04
Run the school
Attendance from day one, then exams, fees and reporting as the term needs them. The mobile apps use the same accounts.
FAQ
Questions schools ask first
What is Nuxused?
Nuxused is school management software: one platform covering students, staff, academics, timetables, attendance, examinations, fees and school communication, with mobile apps for teachers, parents and students.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every school that registers starts on a free trial with no plan selection and no payment details required. You register, complete the guided setup, and begin using the school straight away.
Can one account run several schools?
Yes. Nuxused is multi-tenant by design. A franchise or education group can run many campuses, each with its own students, staff, fees and settings, while the group keeps a consolidated view. A user in one school can never read another school’s data.
Are the mobile apps separate from the web dashboard?
They share the same accounts and the same records. A teacher can mark attendance on the phone and see it on the web dashboard immediately. The apps cover the day-to-day; the dashboard covers setup, finance and reporting.
How is a family’s data protected?
Access is resolved from the signed-in account rather than from the URL. A student reaches only their own record; a guardian reaches only the children actually linked to them; staff access is scoped to their school. The check is enforced in the API, not just hidden in the interface.
Can teachers run live online classes?
Yes. A teacher can start a video class from the browser, or schedule it ahead with invitations and reminders. There is nothing to install: people join from a link, share their screen, use the whiteboard and chat beside the video. Attendance is recorded from who actually joined.
What happens when a teacher misses a lecture?
The teacher marks it missed with a reason and schedules a make-up, either as a live video class or with a lesson link. Students and families are told automatically, and again if it is moved or cancelled. The lecture is marked recovered only once the class has really been held for the time your school requires.
Can parents meet teachers online?
Yes. Schools can offer parent-teacher meeting slots that families book, and teachers, parents and staff can also request a meeting that the right person approves. The meeting happens in the same video room, with a record of when it was set and changed.
Is chat safe for students?
Chat is scoped to your school: people only see conversations they belong to, class groups are built from your own records, teacher-created groups need an administrator’s approval, and administrators can moderate reports. Another school can never see yours.
What does it cost?
Start free. Paid plans are per school and scale with the number of students and the modules you turn on. Get in touch and we will size it against your actual roll.
