Staff, roles and HR
Teaching and non-teaching staff with their own records, employment details and documents. Roles carry granular permissions, so a class teacher, a subject teacher, an accountant and a principal each see a different school. Leave, attendance and payroll inputs sit alongside.

Academic years, terms, class levels, sections, subjects and the class–subject map that ties them together. On top of it sits a period-based timetable with a bell schedule, room and teacher allocation, and clash detection.

Academic groups and subjects
Senior classes rarely teach every student the same subjects. Define academic groups such as Science, Arts or Commerce, choose which groups each class offers in a year, and set the default subject combination for each. A student enrolled in a group gets those subjects automatically, and can still be adjusted one subject at a time.

Attendance
Daily attendance and period attendance, both driven by the live timetable so a teacher opens the right roster without choosing anything. Summaries roll up per student, section, class and date range for the reports schools actually have to file.

Examinations and results

Promotion and re-enrollment
At the end of the session the principal sees every student with the subjects passed and failed, and a proposal from the school’s own rules. One button re-enrolls the student in the same class, another promotes to the next. In senior classes a student with a few failed subjects can be promoted with supply, carrying those subjects into the next session to be re-sat. Each re-enrollment gets a fresh roll number and registration number.

Fees and finance

LMS and learning
Every class gets its own workspace. Teachers plan the course once and then run it lecture by lecture; students and families see what was taught, what was set and what is due. When a lecture is missed, the teacher records why and schedules a make-up — live online, or with a lesson video — and families are told automatically. Project progress and exam marks come together in the report card.

Chat and messaging
Direct messages and groups for the whole school community. Class groups, subject groups and parent groups are created from your enrolment and guardian records, so they are right on day one and stay right as students move. Teachers can ask for a new group and an administrator approves it with one click. Families see only the groups meant for them, messages are kept for anyone who was offline, and administrators can moderate reports.

Video classes and meetings
Start a class or meeting from the browser, or schedule it with invitations and reminders. People join from a link with nothing to install, share their screen, draw on a shared whiteboard and chat beside the video. Attendance comes from who actually joined, including late arrivals, and every meeting keeps a history of changes. Parents can book parent-teacher meeting slots, and teachers, parents and staff can request meetings that the right person approves.
