Learn · Chat · Meet

Lessons, messages and live classes, all in your school system

A learning workspace for every class, chat groups that build themselves from your records, and video meetings that open in the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to re-type, and attendance is recorded while the class is running.

The three tools

Everything for teaching and talking, built on the same records

Because the LMS, the chat and the meeting room read your enrolment, class and parent records, the right people are in the right place from day one. Move a student to another section and their groups and class workspace are kept in step.

LMS

A classroom workspace for every section

Teachers plan the course once and run it lecture by lecture. Students and families always see what was taught, what was set and what is due.

  • A course plan per subject, with every lecture on the calendar
  • Homework, notes and study materials shared with the right class only
  • Projects with progress that carries into the report card
  • Missed a lecture? Record why and schedule an online make-up in a few clicks

Chat

Messaging that already knows your school

Class groups, subject groups and parent groups are created from the records you already keep, so nobody builds contact lists by hand.

  • Direct messages and groups, with attachments and search
  • Class and subject groups built automatically from enrolment
  • Teachers can ask for a new group and an administrator approves it in one click
  • Families see only the groups meant for them; administrators can moderate

Video meetings

Live classes and meetings, right in the browser

Nothing to install. Start a class now or schedule it for later; everyone invited is reminded and joins from a link.

  • Video, audio and screen sharing, with a shared whiteboard and the chat beside the video
  • Attendance is recorded from who actually joined, including late arrivals
  • Parent-teacher meetings with bookable slots, plus requests and approvals
  • Only invited members can join, and meetings keep a history of changes

How it fits together

A missed lecture, made up in four steps

The place where the three tools meet. The teacher schedules once; everyone else is told, joins from a link, and the lecture is only marked recovered when the make-up has really been held.

01

Mark the lecture missed

The teacher records it with a reason, so the school has a clear record of why.

02

Pick a live class and a time

A video meeting is created for the same class, or the teacher attaches a lesson video instead.

03

Everyone is told

Students and families are notified automatically, and again if the time moves or the make-up is cancelled.

04

Counted only when it really happens

The lecture is marked recovered once the teacher and students have actually been in the room for the required time (set by your school).

Who it helps

Useful from every chair in the school

Principals & administrators

One place to see the lecture plan, who attended which class and which make-ups are still owed. Approve new groups in a click and moderate chat without chasing screenshots.

Teachers

Plan the course, set homework, message a class or one parent, and start a live class from the same screen. A missed lecture takes a minute to reschedule, not a week of phone calls.

Students

One login for the timetable, homework and notes, class chat and the live lesson link. No hunting through five apps for the meeting code.

Parents

Know what was taught, hear about changes the moment they happen, message the teacher and book a parent-teacher meeting without a trip to school.

FAQ

Questions about classes, chat and meetings

Can teachers run live online classes?

Yes. A teacher can start a video class from the browser, or schedule it ahead with invitations and reminders. There is nothing to install: people join from a link, share their screen, use the whiteboard and chat beside the video. Attendance is recorded from who actually joined.

What happens when a teacher misses a lecture?

The teacher marks it missed with a reason and schedules a make-up, either as a live video class or with a lesson link. Students and families are told automatically, and again if it is moved or cancelled. The lecture is marked recovered only once the class has really been held for the time your school requires.

Can parents meet teachers online?

Yes. Schools can offer parent-teacher meeting slots that families book, and teachers, parents and staff can also request a meeting that the right person approves. The meeting happens in the same video room, with a record of when it was set and changed.

Is chat safe for students?

Chat is scoped to your school: people only see conversations they belong to, class groups are built from your own records, teacher-created groups need an administrator’s approval, and administrators can moderate reports. Another school can never see yours.
